Dover Museum & Bronze Age Boat Gallery
Dover Museum opened in 1836 and moved to a new building behind its original Victorian facade in 1991.
The galleries outline the development of the town and port. A recent addition has been the Dover Bronze Age Boat.
Research Library The museum includes a research and picture library and archives for Channel swimming, the Cinque Ports, and the Ray Warner archive of 16mm film of Dover from 1945 to 1992. The library is by appointment only.
