Fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff. Good plentiful food. Great attractions for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed by all and would consider buying an annual pass. Definately recommend a visit.
Waste of petrol to get there, greeted by miserable smelly dirty staff, walk into the park all the decent rides are broken, the other rides are one time entertainment, aqua pools BROKEN shut and filthy, paid £44-00 for four kids walked in, walked straight back out, asked for refund, very rudely told where to go and pointed to read the smallest sign in the middle of a busy wall of advertising which reads "NO REFUNDS". Wrote my reports and sent an email for them to reply, threatening email response mentioning slander and court action against me, slander is where someone says something dishonest about company or person?? with every other report i read of this place my story seems to have evidence backing it up! I suggest you shut down and shipout, or learn some business management and manners and social skills. will be going to every bloody person i can health safety, trading standards even watchdog!! Seriously the pier is better value for money i would re-book your day if its to include fort fun!!!! Filthy health and hygiene in both facilities and staff its disgusting!!
