The Moncrieff-Bray Gallery is a spectacular 120-square metre converted barn with stunning views over the Rother Valley and South Downs. It opened in 2005 to hold regular exhibitions of contemporary painting and sculpture.
In addition to the high-quality exhibitions we stage, the gallery is a great day’s excursion located in the the heart of the South Downs National Park. There are stunning walks, unspoilt villages, excellent local pubs for lunch and many other art galleries and antique shops in close vicinity. Glorious Goodwood, The Goodwood Sculpture Park, Pallant House Art Gallery in Chichester, the historic houses, Cowdray, Petworth House, Parham House and the gardens of West Dean College are all close by.

Moncrieff-Bray Gallery Report
-
This gallery is well worth a visit. It is in a stunning rural location slightly off the beaten track but close to Petworth. The gallery itself is within a converted Sussex barn which lends itself perfectly to the display of contemporary art. Beyond the barn there is a sculpture park which provides the most idyllic setting in which to stroll and take in views of the Rother Valley and South Downs while appreciating the sculpture on display.
