William Butterfield's neo-Gothic design for All Saints was the last word in avant-garde when it was consecrated in 1859, and it's still one of the most striking churches in London, both inside and out. The church's choir school was famous in its day for the quality of the boy choristers' singing (Laurence Olivier was an alumnus), and although the school closed in 1968, the current mixed choir maintains a very high standard.
The nearest Tube is Oxford Circus, and the church is served by bus routes on nearby Oxford Street.
