Ferens Art Gallery

Having undergone a £5.1m renovation, Ferens Art Gallery re-opened to the public in 2017. As well as its collections, which include paintings, sculptures, European old masters, portraiture and modern British art, the gallery has acquired Pietro Lorenzetti's 14th century Christ Between Saint Paul and Saint Peter, Spencer Tunick's Sea of Hull commission and five of Francis Bacon's Screaming Popes.

Hull Bus Station and Hull Train Station are about ten minutes walk from the gallery. The nearest local bus stop is Monument Bridge on Carr Lane. There are a few pay and display car parks close by, and council car parks on Osbourne Street and Wilberforce Drive.
