Off the Rails Arthouse
Non-profit voluntary art and craft organisation, offering weekly classes, weekend workshops and week-long summer courses.
The B-listed 19th-century stationmaster’s house in the central Fife village of Ladybank was converted in 2011 by a group of volunteers into a distinctive space for the creation of arts and crafts, and one which retains its original features and a sense of its own history. A non-profit-making voluntary organisation, Off the Rails Arthouse is designed to stimulate and encourage participation in art, design and craft. Spread over two large and one small studio spaces, it’s available for hire and offers weekly classes, weekend workshops and week-long summer courses. It’s also used for small conferences, meetings and training events.
