We like to think that we offer bed and breakfast with a soul . Woodbrooke isn t a hotel there isn t room service there s no bar and TVs are only available in a small selection of rooms. Our public spaces are alcohol-free. We have a strong record of environmental initiatives that is informed by the Quaker faith, including eco-friendly liquid soap and shampoo in each room Woodbrooke is steeped in ethics and social responsibility, being the Grade II listed former home of Quaker and chocolate-maker George Cadbury, and having been a study centre for Quakers and others focusing on peace-making, equality and building a better world since 1903.
