The Town House
The Town House is a beautiful and sympathetically renovated Late Victorian Townhouse, situated on the West Cliff, looking down the harbour and directly across from the Abbey ruins. Within a few minutes you can be in the heart of old Whitby on the cobbled streets, or down on our beautiful golden beaches as all local amenities are within 5 minutes walking distance. There are two beaches on the door step, over looking Whitby abbey and we are situated in the area where Bram Stoker wrote his famous novel Dracula. We offer a home from home experience for those that want to escape the hustle and bustle of modern life. Once you arrive and book-in you are assured of peace and quiet for the duration of your stay, in a warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere which has brought people back time after time. We provide a light, continental breakfast for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own room, and supply you with fresh milk and juice daily. Because we do not cook a breakfast, this reflects in the price.
