St John's Church
St John’s Church in Ladbroke Grove was completed in 1845 and listed grade II in April 1969. The church houses two permanent exhibitions, one about the history of the local Notting Hill area and the second detailing the history of the organ, which dates back to 1794. The organ itself has glass panels on its sides and LED's inside, which allow the viewer to see the mechanisms. The church is available for hire, as is the hall beneath the church (the Undercroft) and The SPACE, a community, arts and business environment made up of three rooms. The venue is also used for talks, concerts, fundraisers and film screenings.
