The 1767 facade of Nibley House is relatively recent; in the seventeenth century it was the home of John Smyth, steward of the estates of the Berkeley family. Today it's privately owned and available for hire as a wedding venue, with a license for civil ceremonies and enough space to cater a wedding breakfast of up to 56. The House also hosts other events, such as a supper club, music festival and vintage rally.

The nearest train station is Cam & Dursley, on the Bristol-Birmingham line, and the area is served by Gloucestershire County Buses.
