Devonshire Park Theatre is a small Victorian theatre with a noted, ornate interior. Often known as 'The Playhouse in the Park’ it presents a varied programme with touring productions and one-night shows. It was designed by Henry Currey and built in 1884. It seats 930.

A 2 year renovation project will start in 2017 also involving the Congress Theatre, Winter Garden and tennis facilities.
