Socially conscious theatre company based in Southgate. Bringing together people from all ages and backgrounds, Chickenshed aims to create theatre to entertain, inspire, challenge and inform audiences and participants.
Established in 1974 by musician and composer Jo Collins and teacher and director Mary Ward, the theatre literally began in an old chicken shed.

Blowin' In The Wind
A brand new songbook musical featuring blues, gospel, folk and more. With a narrative thread linking protest songs and civil disobedience from the 1960s to the present day, a mirror is held up to reveal and reflect a sense of optimism that can prevail even during history's darkest hours.

An Easter holiday activity for children years 1–8 to explore and develop a wide range of performance skills through drama, dance, singing and storytelling workshops.
