One star only for the ingredients which were decent..but the rest...wow!..I ordered a breakfast asking for crispy bacon. It cost £10, yep £10. Anyhow, en route to the seat I saw a teaplatewith bacon sausage mush & hasbrown being heated under a grill.ie) looked like a reheat & it wasnt fresly cooked it seemed. When it came the bacon had to be sent back (uncooked,so deciding to start on the sausage I cut in half. Half cooked& half not. (one side pink.. undercooked pork.. I retched into the tissue and small tin container.Sent back both came back fixed but not replaced.Cheap cheap cheap. The request for "butter" not kitchen margarine was like asking for the winning lottery number. The waiter was just great but the person whom it was ordered, the cooks efforts, tie in with my resolve (past experience) not to spend any money whatever in the Tabernacle again. Id just ordered after a busy morning with no breakfast Two brothers who are present seem to have such attitude as to make this paying customer feel threatened. In fact one decided to confront some remark allegedly made in a threatening manner, withing ear distance of my friends. Thuggish and without basis. Many Afro Caribean events and folk add ambience to a great venue year round but its being slashed and burned by the attitude of these two while other staff, one clearly see, make massive efforts. No more..Be prepared. Hope this helps you not experience what I have, and a change in floor management would certainly be the best for ensuring longevity in my view, for such a key local venue
