Royal Academy of Arts

Royal Academy of Music takes the title of Britain’s oldest conservatoire. From this, it gets inspiration but refuses to be left behind when it comes to contemporary musical life. It boasts an impressive list of alumni including Dame Evelyn Glennie, Sir John Dankworth, the conductor Sir Henry Wood and Annie Lennox.

Situated just below Regent's Park, the Academy is only a few minutes walk away from Baker Street, Regent's Park and Great Portland Street tube stations. There are also three train stations nearby, London Marylebone (11 minutes), London Euston (18 minutes) and London King's Cross (25 minutes).

The picture you are using here is of the Royal Academy which is a few miles away from the Royal Academy of Music in Marylebone Road. The Royal Academy ion Burlington House in Piccadilly above houses 5 learned societies, none of them musical. The Royal Academy of Art is also here. Hence the RA on the banners.
