The space opened in 2012 and is partially volunteer run, with 100 MACtivist volunteers making sure the MAC is a welcoming place to visit. The programme includes theatre, dance, comedy, music, art exhibitions, talks and family events.

Parking is available at Saint Anne’s Square multi-storey car park, right beside the MAC on Edward Street. It’s open 24 hours.
