Well placed within the community with proximity to public transport and car parking, Oriel Mostyn is a jewel of a gallery.

High spacious galleries that cater to large exhibitions of both wall hung and floor mounted exhibits, as well as smaller more intimate rooms that do nothing to overpower the artwork or the artist.

All media is represented and displayed in viewer friendly ways. Staff are approachable, intelligent and knowledgeable and treat all comers with equal dignity and respect

Educational courses are available on various artistic practices and the gallery hosts an annual Open competition.

The gallery is comfortably heated. Access is easy for all, with automatic sliding doors, toilets are available on both floors and the lift is wheelchair friendly.

The first floor cafe is warm and welcoming serving a variety of hot and cold drinks and snacks, whilst the ground floor shop is well stocked with books and art works, browsing is encouraged.

The design of Oriel Mostyn is an artwork in itself and a visit is always an enjoyable experience. It truly is one of the best galleries In the North West
