The Princess Theatre opened it's doors in 1961 with a bill of comedy featuring Tommy Cooper and Morecambe & Wise. A classic seaside theatre, set in Princess Gardens on Torqauy's seafront, specialising in live music, comedy and musicals.
The theatre is 20 minutes walk along the seafront from Torquay train station. Stagecoach busses 12 and 12A and the First Group X80 also go to the theatre.
