Built in 1995 with flexibility of use in mind, the Grimsby Auditorium is the largest theatre in Lincolnshire, with an audience capacity of 1200 seated and up to 2000 standing. The venue is multi-purpose: designed to host events such as concerts, theatre shows, conferences and television broadcasts, and its retractable seating also allows it to be set out as an arena style sports venue. The theatre is managed by Ambassador Theatre Group on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council.
