The theatre offers a programme of West End musicals, theatre and stand-up comedy and has been a residence of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra since 2005. There is a theatre cafe, bar and shop selling refreshments.

Parking is free after 6pm in the car parks situated in Clapham Road South or Whapload Road. Battery Green Road multi storey is open until 11pm and is free to theatre patrons after 5.30pm.
