The listing states “checkin is from 16:00” and “checkout is 11:00”. Although the checkin time is relatively late compared to other listings, what is not stated on the listing is that you are not allowed in the room between 11:00 and 16:00 each day of your stay, which is an unreasonable requirement, especially for those who booked a few days. Also you are force to have your room cleaned, and refuse to let you enter your room that you have paid for during the stay. This caused a huge amount of inconvenience. Firstly I did not want to vacate the room before the afternoon, as it's a relaxation holiday and I planned to unwind and plan my tour of the Isle. Additionally, we needed access to our rooms for medical reasons, firstly I have eczema and need to go back to the room for creams in case of a breakout in my condition. My partner has celiac condition, which requires him to use the room to get his special celiac packed snacks and to use the facilities in case he feels sick. When we explained, the owners they said they can't accommodate us as we did not give them our medical records, which I personally think it's a violation of privacy as one cannot be required to give any medical records to people they do not personally know, especially when its not a server condition and when they ought to have access to the room which they have paid for. Also its a violation of privacy, we did not want anyone in the room while we were not there and move our valuable personal possession. so we had to remove our valuables from the room and wait outside for the whole day.
