I booked booths for myself and friends so I could celebrate my 30th Birthday, initial correspondence between myself and Sandy and Patriche from Saint Judes was brilliant - they sent over a detailed list of drink offers along with suggested areas for us to sit - this assured me that my group would be well looked after!

On arrival the staff were extremely attentive and provided us with table service from 6 - 10pm (even though it was a busy Saturday). The delicious cocktails at £3 were an absolute bargain and my pregnant friend was treated to a few mocktails which made her experience equally fun.

I would definitely recommend Saint Judes - it's value for money, cool background beats and friendly staff make for a great night.

Poor old St.Judes, I'm decrepit enough to remember when this was the hippest bar in the hippest area.

I was very impressed by the look of this restaurant and had high expectations after examining the menu. However, I was rather disappointed. The presentation of the food was nice but everything lacked seasoning and flavour. Some parts of our meal were undercooked, whilst others overcooked. In fact, I had the beef in brioche and this was burnt completely black on the underside.

During our meal, we were the only people in the restaurant. Despite this, the 4 members on staff on duty were very very slow in their service. On arrival, we waited around over 10 mins for someone to take our drink order, and later, sat with empty plates in front of us for an average of 15 mins.

Would not recommend I'm afraid.
