Comments & ratings

1. Voice Of Reason17 Aug 2013, 12:16pm Report

I had a great time seeing Alexi Sayle, but found the service very disappointing at The Stand Three Comedy Club in Edinburgh. My husband and I had tickets for a performance, but could not find the venue due to the fact that the address was not printed on our tickets. So when we arrived late we were told we could not enter. The kind person at the main box office gave us tickets for the next nights performance. We arrived for this on time. There were already many seats taken, but there were five at the back and we wanted to sit together, so we asked to sit there. The door lady refused saying " these are reserved for late comers." My husband and I were stunned. After seating my husband, the lady turned and left me standing in the aisle without a seat. I was forced to find a seat at the back by myself anyway.
