Our last production was "The Wisdom of Eve" by Mary Orr. The story was the basis for the film "All About Eve".
The verbal feedback from our audience suggested that they thought the acting was strong throughout and that the play itself was a thoroughly enjoyable evenings entertainment.
This play is not often performed, perhaps being thought a bit dated, but from the reaction of our audience it should perhaps be given an airing more often.

I am a member of the Barony Theatre in Bo'ness. The theatre is a non professional organisation with charity status and is run by its members. We have a great skill mix of talent both on and off stage and although we only perform 2 or 3 productions a year we like to think that they are of a high standard. We have an extensive 'Friends of the Theatre' list who are sent information on our productions and we enjoy excellent audiences at all our plays.
We would welcome any comments on this site from the public on any aspect of our productions and are always looking for new members .
Please go to our web site, which is currently undergoing a change ,for more comprehensive information on our activities.
