Located in the Whisky Bond, just by the FIrth of Forth canal, Glasgow Sculpture Studios has been around since 1988. Close to the Royal Conservatoire, the National Theatre of Scotland and Scottish Opera, GSS adds another string to the area's cultural bow.

Glasgow Sculpture Studios provides a space for artists to create, as well as expert staff, in order to broaden the public's understand of sculpture. The GSS's exhibition programme is suspended from the end of 2016, with no further exhibitions planned after that time.

From the city centre the numbers 7 and 75 buses reach the GSS and two underground stations are each about 10 minutes away on foot: Cowcaddens and St George's Cross.
