Harvey Nichols is made up of five floors of luxury shopping. The ground floor comprises beauty, perfume and accessories; the first floor international and contemporary collections, plus lingerie; the second floor international and contemporary collections, plus shoes and swimwear; floor three modern bridge collections, casualwear and childrenswear, while the Forth Floor contains a restaurant, bar & brasserie, a food market, chocolate lounge, Yo! Sushi and a wine shop.

During opening hours, there is private car parking in the store's car park. Waverley train station is a five minutes walk away, and the store is perfectly placed for all the main Princes Street buses and the tram line.
