Sherlock Holmes Museum

A privately-run museum dedicated to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's fictional detective, Sherlock Holmes. The attraction is located in a Georgian townhouse located on Baker Street, where Holmes is said to reside, and is decorated in such a way as to suggest that Holmes and Watson actually lived there, despite being fictional characters. The museum features items from the various adaptations of Sherlock Holmes' adventures, as well as replicas of scenes from the 1984 Granada television series. The Sherlock Holmes Museum is easily accessible by Tube and rail, with the closest stations being the Baker Street Tube station and Marylebone station.
