Meet at Ripley Common (parking at Ripley Common car park), for a 4.5 mile circular walk with the River Wey volunteers. We'll go along the Wey Navigation past Newark and Walsham locks and back to Ripley. Bring a packed lunch. Please book, but the walk is free.

VE day walk and party
We're celebrating the 75th anniversary of VE day with a guided walk and a street party. The walk is looking at the impact of WWII on Guildford and will leave from Dapdune Wharf at 10.30, arriving back in time for the 1940s street party at 1pm. Wharf to Mill by boat
We go from Dapdune Wharf to Shalford, passing through locks and water meadows by boat, then there's a steep walk uphill to the mill for a picnic lunch and tour of the mill. Return by boat to Dapdune.
