The National Museum of Scotland Brasserie has created a bespoke menu fusing the best of what Scottish and Chinese cuisine has to offer. Enjoy vegan haggis spring roll, edamame clapshot, crispy neeps, chilli and lime dressing and soya and ginger marinated Argyllshire salmon, wakame seaweed, daikon noodles and shimeji mushrooms, available to try until the end of the month. The Brasserie will also be serving a range of Chinese inspired cakes.
