The List are teaming up with sound festival to offer readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to Written in Fire at this year's festival.

sound festival returns to north-east Scotland between Wed 23 Oct to Sun 3 Nov with a bold, creative and energising programme of new music.

Created by violinist Rakhi Singh and pioneering electronic musician Vessel (Sebastian Gainsborough), Written in Fire is a collaboration inspired by Janáček’s string quartet, 'Intimate Letters', and a contemporary response to this ground-breaking masterpiece.

A seamless and evocative mix of modern classical and Tri Angle-style sound design from Vessel and violinist Rakhi Singh.’ Resident Advisor
