Join Edinburgh Science Festival this April and explore the importance of science in the most delicious way possible. Cheeseology 4.0 examines the science behind the production of this fascinating food. Hosted by dairy technologist Paul Thomas and journalist and cheese expert Patrick McGuigan, Cheeseology combines a tutored tasting of some of Europe's finest cheeses with an explanation of the factors influencing texture and flavour development in each variety.
