Win tickets to Travels with My Aunt at Citizens Theatre

Sorry, this competition has closed.

Citizens Theatre presents Giles Havergal’s hilarious and quirky stage adaptation of Graham Greene’s classic comedy of life on the road with retired bank manager and dahlia enthusiast Henry Pulling and his long-lost Aunt Augusta.

When Henry first meets Augusta at his mother’s funeral, he has no idea of the whirlwind of exotic adventures that lie ahead of him. Coaxed into a life on the road, Henry’s travels take him across the world smuggling gold and falling in with drug dealers along the way as he unravels the unconventional details of his aunt’s past.

Giles Havergal’s hilarious adaptation of Graham Greene’s novel was first performed at the Citizens Theatre in 1989. Since then, the play has enjoyed two West End productions and an Olivier Award and is now performed around the world. Highly entertaining, utterly charming and deliciously quirky, Havergal’s adaptation challenges a cast of four to take on more than 20 characters through the course of the play.

The List are giving away 6 pairs of tickets to attend Travels with My Aunt at the Citizens Theatre on Tue 9 May at 7.30pm.
