Digital Operations Executive

The primary focus of this post is to assist the commercial operations in the delivery of contracted campaigns and activities completed by the sales and sponsorship teams.

This will involve the production of email newsletters, management of all website inventory, management of a range of bespoke systems and campaign reporting.

Responsibilities of the Post

*To manage the trafficking of advertising campaigns on using Google Suite (Analytics, DFP, Drive) and The List’s bespoke systems
*Use of editing software in the production of templates for daily email editorial and marketing newsletters, requiring working knowledge of HTML and basic CSS
*Managing The List’s network and contextual campaigns
*Maintenance of digital bookings, campaign and newsletter logs
*Using Google Analytics to help sales staff plan digital campaigns
*Ensuring that client copy is present and ready for campaign live dates and assisting designers with the creation, distribution and proofing of new copy
*Reporting of digital campaigns direct to clients and providing mid-campaign updates where necessary
*Design and rollout of new office practices to improve departmental efficiency
*Sending out schedules with specs and deadlines where appropriate
*Oversee and maintain all aspects of media partnerships and native content partnerships.

Objectives of the Post

*Providing a high standard of support to the sales and sponsorship sales team
*Ensuring accurate and effective delivery and administration of digital and sponsorship campaigns
*Contributing creatively to the development of the company
*Maintaining reliable records of all digital campaigns
*Providing a professional and high standard of service direct to clients
*Ensure accurate sending of all external newsletters
*Assisting in any other aspects of the work as required

Reporting Structure

The Digital Operations Executive reports to the Publishing Director and will work closely with the commercial and content team

Measurement of Effectiveness

Informal discussions within the department take place to discuss day-to-day progress
Effective administration and delivery of all client campaigns
Maintaining high standard of List editorial in all external newsletter communications

This role would suit someone who is a fast learner and keen to get into digital media.
