Fife is one of Scotland’s hotspots for art and craft, with a much-admired scene that incorporates traditional and contemporary art, exponents of all different media from textiles to pottery, a range of galleries and viewing studios as well as a series of events in different locations right through the year.

The Fife Art & Craft Map offers a practical and inspiring guide to discovering the art and craft of the region, with a handy fold-out map and practical, detailed listings on over 100 galleries, shops, studios and workshops.

First published by The List in January 2017, the fold-out map and accompanying online listings offer practical, detailed information that highlights the range, diversity and quality of art and craft being produced in Fife. It includes:

  • The main locations across Fife showing and selling the work of local artists and craft workers.
  • A selection of the more prominent private or home studios which can be visited by appointment or during Open Studios.
  • Extended write ups on all venues with detailed information including opening hours, links and individual location maps.

The Fife Art & Craft Map is produced by The List in partnership with Fife Council and Fife Contemporary (formerly FCA&C).

All entries in List maps and guides in print and online are independently selected on merit and editorial relevance, and no entry pays to be included.
