Red Bull Soapbox Race

The legendary Red Bull Soapbox Race arrives back in the UK on the 7th of July 2019, to set hearts pounding and cheers roaring. The event, which promises to showcase the wackiest and most thrilling road race ever staged on UK soil, comes hot on the heels of sold-out races across the globe.

Nerves of steel and a rush of adrenaline combine to create one hell of a ride at the Red Bull Soapbox Race. Taking place at Alexandra Palace in London, entries are now open for a chance to be selected to compete – if you feel the need for speed and like to stand out from the crowd, it’s time to get your carts into gear and apply (details below). Over 4,000 teams applied in 2015, with the best 70 selected to participate in the event.

Spectators and drivers alike should come prepared for an adrenaline-fuelled day of thrills, spills and hilarity! If you think you have what it takes to entertain the 20,000 capacity crowd this summer, go to www.redbullsoapboxrace.co.uk to request an application pack via post or online. Teams are chosen on creativity, personality and ingenuity so fuel your imagination and get ready to showcase your ideas. Apply before 3rd March to receive your application pack and submit your completed entry and design via post by 24th March 2019.

The Red Bull Soapbox race promises to become one of the most talked about events of the summer and for those that don’t fancy taking part but want to enjoy a fun family day out, keep an eye on the Red Bull Soapbox website for details about tickets to attend.
