Tom Jones, Rag'n'Bone Man, Paloma Faith and Kasabian to headline Edinburgh Summer Sessions, here's how to get presale tickets

Brand new festival takes place at the Ross Bandstand on Princes Street Gardens throughout August

The first acts have been revealed for the first ever Edinburgh Summer Sessions, set to take over Princes Street Gardens' Ross Bandstand this August.

Tom Jones, Rag'n'Bone Man, Paloma Faith and Kasabian will all perform headline sets in Scotland's capital. Presale tickets go on sale for the shows at 9am on Wed 21 Feb, if you sign up through Summer Sessions. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Fri 23 Feb.

In front of the stunning backdrop of Edinburgh Castle, Tom Jones will kick things off on Mon 6 Aug, with a set filled with instantly recognisable hits spanning 50 years, including 'Sex Bomb', 'Delilah', 'It's Not Unusual' and 'What's New Pussycat'.

Tue 14 Aug sees the powerful voice of Rag'n'Bone Man shake things up, with another incredible vocalist – Paloma Faith – headlining on Fri 17 Aug.

The final act to be announced at this stage is Kasabian. The Leicester rockers, one of the biggest guitar bands in the world, have been captivating audiences since they announced their arrival in the early noughties.

Presale tickets for the festival are available if you sign up at Summer Sessions from 9am on Wed 21 Feb. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Fri 23 Feb.
