Kelsey Grammer sued
Kelsey Grammer is being sued.
The 'Frasier' actor - who suffered a mild heart attack while paddle-boarding with his wife Camille in May - is accused of failing to pay California kitchen installation company The Last Detail $148,135.52 for work they carried out.
The Last Detail - who filed the lawsuit in the Los Angeles County Superior Court last week - claim they were forced to install Kelsey's kitchen three times because the actor and his wife kept changing their minds about aspects of the room and expanding their scope of work.
The company says although Kelsey commissioned them to complete the work, he never paid them.
They also claim the couple continued to promise they would be paid, and also allege they were told payment would be received when Kelsey was in a "good mood".
A spokesman for Kelsey and his wife was unavailable for comment.
Kelsey shot to fame with his role as Dr. Frasier Crane in hit US TV show 'Cheers' and spin-off 'Frasier'. He has since starred in sitcom 'Back To You' alongside 'Everybody Loves Raymond' star Patricia Heaton.
