Creamfields announces Carl Cox as its first 2018 headliner, here's how to get hold of tickets

Dance music festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary, and welcomes the Barbados-born DJ to the party

Creamfields has announced it's first festival for the 2018 edition of the dance music festival. Carl Cox is to top the bill in Daresbury, with tickets for the event on sale now.

It's a big year for Creamfields. The festival is celebrating its 20th anniversary from Thu 23–Sun 26 Aug, and is welcoming back the Barbados born DJ Carl Cox to top the bill in Daresbury. After a decade away he returns to Creamfields, hosting and curating his own Intec stage in the Steel Yard.

Cox, who hosted a seasonal residency in Ibiza for 15 years, is sure to bring a high quality production, and star-studded lineup to Creamfields.

The full lineup is still to be confirmed, but last year's festival saw the likes of The Chainsmokers, deadmau5, Tiësto, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Armin van Buuren, Eric Prydz and Axwell & Ingrosso perform across the weekend.

Weekend and day tickets for the festival are available now, with Gold, Silver and Bronze options available for revellers, on top of the standard option, depending if you want a hot shower, or even access to the 'pamper parlour'.

Creamfields 2018 takes place from Thu 23–Sun 26 Aug. Tickets are on sale now.

Creamfields
