Sam Smith announces UK tour dates for 2018, find out how to get presale tickets

In support of his second album The Thrill of it All, the soulful singer is hitting the road with a series of arena gigs

Sam Smith has announced UK tour dates for March and April 2018. Presale tickets for the shows go on sale at 9am on Wed 25 Oct, tickets go on general sale at 9am on Fri 27 Oct.

The multi-million selling, Grammy award winning singer is performing across the country, kicking off at Sheffield's FLYDSA Arena on Tue 20 Mar, and finishing up at with two huge shows at London's O2 Arena on Fri 6 and Sat 7 Apr.

After appearing on 'Latch', by English dance duo Disclosure, Smith has gone on to have an incredible journey as a solo artist.

His debut album, In the Lonely Hour, released in 2014, featured tracks like 'Money On My Mind', 'Stay With Me', and 'Lay Me Down'. To date, it's sold 12 million copies worldwide.

His track 'Writing's On The Wall' was the theme for the 2015 James Bond film Spectre, which starred Daniel Craig, Naomie Harris and Christoph Waltz.

On Fri 3 Nov, Smith releases his second solo album The Thrill of it All, which features the previously released tracks 'Too Good At Goodbyes' and 'Pray'.

Fans can get access to presale tickets for the shows by pre-ordering The Thrill of it All before midday on Tue 24 Oct. Presale tickets go on sale at 9am on Wed 25 Oct. Tickets go on general sale at 9am on Fri 27 Oct.
