Bill Bailey: Larks in Transit

Musical comedian performs the home leg of his recent world tour in 2018

Bill Bailey is to tour the UK in 2018 with tickets on sale Fri 12 May at 10am.

The comedian, known for his highly musical live shows, his performances in sitcom Black Books and his role as team captain on Never Mind The Buzzcocks, is taking 'Larks In Transit' around the UK in the latest leg of a comprehensive world tour.

The show sees Bailey stamp his trademark musical virtuosity and surreal tangents on subjects as diverse as politics, philosophy, the pursuit of happiness, death metal and ringtones.

The long haired one also spills the beans on an excruciating encounter with Paul McCartney, and regales the audience with anecdotes spanning 20 years of shenanigans as a touring performer. As always, expect the unexpected.

The enormous tour, with 51 dates announced so far, kicks off at Coventy's Warwick Arts on Mon 29 Jan, rounding up at Peterborough Arena on Sat 9 Jun.

Tickets for Bill Bailey's 'Larks In Transit' go on sale Fri 12 May at 10am.
