I'm a Believer singer plays Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham and London this October

American singer-songwriter Neil Diamond has announced that he is extending his 50th anniversary tour to include dates in Europe and the UK. Diamond will play seven arena shows in the UK and Ireland during October 2017, crooning out hits including 'I'm a Believer', 'Sweet Caroline' and 'America'.

Diamond began his music career during his senior of University, writing songs for Sunbeam Music Publishing. Five decades later he has sold a staggering 130 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best-selling artists of all time. He has 16 top 10 albums and is a member of both the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Tickets to see such an icon don't come cheap, with ticket priced £65–£125.

In addition to his tour, UME and Capitol Music Group have announced the release of Neil Diamond: The 50th Anniversary Collection (31 Mar), a celebratory music package that includes 50 songs ranging across 50 years of his career.
