Joel Dommett has "cut so many people out" of his life since he went into the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' jungle last month.
The 30-year-old comedian - who came runner up in Sunday (04.12.16) night's show after Scarlett Moffatt took the crown - has admitted the three weeks he spent in the Australian outback has given him time to re-evaluate who he interacts with on a day-to-day basis and his given him the courage to axe the people he longer wants around him.
Speaking on 'Lorraine' on Monday (05.12.16), she said: "You have time to think. You don't have a phone, you don't have distractions, there's no news, there's no wonderful morning television so you just sit there and you think. You just think about all the people you love, all the people you hate, it's wonderful - I've cut so many people out of my life."
Once he left the jungle, Joel - who won a three-course meal on Saturday (03.12.16) with two drinks and a treat - stuffed his face with two cheese cakes and had a meat feast.
The hunk - who has lived on a diet of rice and beans for three weeks - explained: "I've eaten two cheese cakes and a steak and chips. I had a shower, I got out the shower and then I got dressed and then I just got back in the shower again."
And Joel is expecting his career to catapult following his successful stint on the show and can't wait to get back to the UK to pick up his comedy act again.
He said: "I'm to exploit it terribly. I'm very busy, I'm touring at the moment. I'm very excited just to get back and do some comedy and hopefully I'll get enough money to buy David Beckham's house (the mansion he's selling for £24 million in Los Angeles)."
