'Homes Under the Hammer' star Martin Roberts and comedian Danny Baker are set to enter the 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' jungle on Thursday (17.11.16) night.
The 53-year-old TV star and the comedic writer were reportedly dished out mega-money deals to join the current series of the popular creepy-crawly show two weeks ago and can't wait to get stuck in but are terrified they'll end up dying Down Under.
Martin - who has two children with his wife Kirsty - explained to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "It would be terribly embarrassing if they killed somebody. Imagine the insurance claims? It would be a nightmare! You think you're going semi-sterile environment. And then you meet Bob the medic and he makes it clear that it's absolutely not the case and he goes through the list of things that are going to kill you. He said, 'They're all going to kill you, it's just how long it will take.' Terrifying!"
And, although he's ready to throw himself into whatever he's dished out, the housing guru is adamant he won't be stripping off in the show's iconic shower.
He said: "I feel very insecure about my body ... My health leading up to this is one my biggest worries because you think this is such a great opportunity.
"The last thing you want to do is fall and hurt yourself, suddenly get really ill or let something else get in the way which is beyond your control. I've been on all sorts of natural remedies, things to increase my immune system. Eating really weird things that you'd norm sally only feed to a guinea pig. Like lettuce or quinoa."
And Martin isn't the only one who has been battling with ill health as Danny was given the all-clear of cancer recently following a six-year battle with the disease in his head and neck.
Martin and Danny will join Larry Lamb, Carol Vorderman, Adam Thomas, Sam Quek, Wayne Bridge, Joel Dommett, Scarlett Moffatt, Ola Jordan, Lisa Snowdon and Jordan Banjo, who entered the infamous camp, based in Australia, last weekend.
