One day ‘mini-festival’ set for Sunday June 1st 2008

Sugababes, The Feeling And Gnarls Barkley are to perform in Edinburgh’s Princes Street Gardens on Sunday June 1st.

The Sugababes, with a line up now consisting of Keisha, Heidi and Amelle, have sold five million albums (including 3 triple-platinum discs in the UK) and had thirteen Top 10 singles to date.

The Feeling’s debut album ‘Twelve Stops And Home’ has sold over a million copies and has reached the number one spot.

Grammy-winning duo Gnarls Barkley made history when their phenomenal single ‘Crazy’ became the first single to top the charts on download sales alone as well as becoming the longest running number one single for over a decade. Gnarls Barkley returned in 2008 with their highly acclaimed album ‘The Odd Couple' and are famous for their inventive, elaborate live performances.

The gig is part of the Vodafone TBA series of gigs. The second Vodafone TBA is planned for August and will lead up to the Vodafone Live Music Awards in the Autumn.

Vodafone customers can win tickets for themselves and two friends by texting ACTS to 61500 from the 5th May.

The show will also be broadcast on T4 on the day.

New line-up from the pop trio who recently covered Arctic Monkeys 'I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor' with some aplomb and here celebrate their cracking greatest hits back catalogue.
