Lauren Goodger is planning to move to the US.
The former 'The Only Way is Essex' star - who recently split from bad boy Jake McLean - is reportedly hoping to relocate across the pond this summer in a bid to relaunch her career.
A source said: "Lauren hasn't been happy in Essex for a while. She feels she might be able to get more lucrative work in the States, as she's already done the DVD back in the UK and doesn't have any deals in the pipeline.
"She's hoping that LA might give her career a reboot as well as stopping her from slipping back into her old habits and piling on the weight she worked so hard to lose."
The 29-year-old beauty was inspired to move to the States after learning her ex-fiance Mark Wright - who is now married to Michelle Keegan - is heading over there after his TV show, 'The Dengineers' was recently picked up by a US network.
The insider explained to Closer magazine: "Lauren's heard that Mark is considering heading to LA - it's installed some hope it may be easier to work on their friendship given that they'll be in unknown territory and may need each other for support. She would love to be able to be friends with him again - above everything they had a great friendship and she'd like to be in a place where they could be in a bar and have a drink together - not have to avoid one another. While she knows it may be a long shot, she wants him to know that she would be there to support him if he ever needed it."
