Vicky Pattison 'in love' with Alex Cannon
Vicky Pattison has fallen for her best friend Alex Cannon but doesn't want to start dating him in case it all goes wrong and they end up hating each other.
Vicky Pattison is "totally head over heels in love" with Alex Cannon.
The 28-year-old reality TV star has confessed she started to develop romantic feelings for the hunk after they worked together on her MTV show 'Judge Geordie' but she's terrified about taking things to the next level with her "best friend" in case it all goes wrong and they end up hating each other.
Speaking on 'Loose Women' on Wednesday (08.06.16), she said: "I've got a massive confession and bit of a dilemma. [...] I've got a best friend, who is a boy, and we've been best friends for about a year and a half, practically inseparable. We worked together at first, but then it grew to something more, and now I think I'm totally head over heels in love with him.
"There are plenty of lads that I could ruin stuff with. That I could go out with for six months and they could cheat, or I could do something wrong, and we'd fall out and never speak again.
"This is the one lad that I can't lose. I don't wanna lose him. And if it means keeping him as a friend, then I suppose I'll have to make do with that."
The former 'Geordie Shore' star has fallen so deep for the 28-year-old model - who is currently competing in this year's 'Big Brother' - that she's threatened to burn down the infamous Channel 5 house if any of the female contestants attempt to make a move on her man.
She added to The Sun Online: "I would set the house on fire [if anyone tried it on with him]."
Meanwhile, Vicky's shock confession comes just weeks after she was rumoured to be romancing former 'The Only Way is Essex' star Mario Falcone.
She has confirmed they were dating, but she has admitted their relationship came crashing down almost as soon as it started due to their conflicting work schedules.
She explained: "I think with me and Mario we super tried to make something work, but it was just awkward timing.
"He is lovely and he's such a nice lad but unfortunately we didn't really have enough time to see each other."
