Primal Scream's Bobby Gillespie has been "rushed to hospital" after falling off stage at Caribana Festival in Switzerland on Thursday (02.06.16).
The 53-year-old musician is believed to have only suffered "minor" back "injuries" after he climbed on top of a speaker stack and jumped into the crowd mid-way through their performance.
According to NME magazine, Bobby was carried off on a stretcher and the festival's presenter released a brief statement assuring fans they were looking after the rocker.
The statement said: "We are taking good care of Bobby."
Several fans have taken to Twitter to express their concern about the 'Where The Light Gets In' hitmaker.
Primal Scream are scheduled to perform next on June 17 at Spain's Azkena Rock Festival in Bilbao but it's not yet known if Bobby will make a full recovery in time for the show.
Meanwhile, they are also expected to return to the UK on July 15 for The Beat-Herder Festival in Sawley, Lancashire.
The indie rock band - also comprised of Andrew Innes, Martin Duffy, Darrin Mooney, Barrie Cadogan and Simone Butler - are currently touring their 11th studio LP 'Chaosmosis'.
