New gigs announced, 1 May - Ronnie Spector, Glasvegas and more

It's a new month, and here are all the shiniest, most brand new shows announced for Scotland:

Ronnie Spector and the Ronettes are making what's sure to be a highly popular visit to these shores in the autumn. They're playing Glasgow's Arches on 29 September.

NME Philip Hall Radar Award winners Glasvegas are returning home to Scotland for a bunch of summer dates. They're playing Inverness Raigmore on 17 June, Fubar, Stirling on 18 June, ABC2, Glasgow on 19 June and Kirkcaldy Ocean Nightclub on 21 June. Also watch out for them on T in the Park's Futures Stage if you're going, at 6pm on 12 July.

Upcoming Swedish singer Lykke Li plays Glasgow King Tut's on 8 June.

Hardcore bunch Enter Shikari have three Scottish dates coming up, at Inverness Ironworks on 19 October, Dundee Fat Sam's on 20 October and the Edinburgh Potterrow on 21 October.

And finally, soaring rockers Tokyo Police Club play Glasgow King Tut's on 19 May.
