My Bloody Valentine to curate ATP festival in New York

Recently reformed shoegazers My Bloody Valentine are to co-curate an American branch of the All Tomorrow's Parties festival this Autumn. The event, which takes place between 19-21 September, will be at Kutshers Country Club in Monticello, which is in the Catskills.

Four artists will performing classic albums in full - Built To Spill ('Perfect From Now On'), Tortoise ('Millions Now Living Will Never Die'), Meat Puppets ('Meat Puppets II') and Sonic Youth's Thurston Moore ('Psychic Hearts').

Also playing, in addition to MBV themselves, will be Shellac, Mogwai, Polvo, Fuck Buttons, Autolux, The Drones, Low, Wooden Shjips, Edan, Thee Silver Mount Zion Orchestra and Gemma Hayes.
