Ant and Dec would like to expand their horizons and perform in a West End theatre.

Ant and Dec want to break into theatre.

The comedy duo may have three huge programmes - 'Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway', 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!' and 'Britain's Got Talent' - on television screens at the moment but they have admitted they'd like to spread their wings and try their hand at a West End show in the near future.

Speaking to The Sun newspaper about their future projects, Dec, 40, said: "Our three big shows and the shows we love are on ITV. But we are also evaluating and looking at other things. We loved doing 'Saturday Night Takeaway' so we are looking at the possibility of another tour or even theatre. We could do something in the West End. We are throwing around ideas. These days it is not just ITV, BBC, Netflix, Amazon, it is all kinds of things. We love doing things live."

But their dreams don't just stop at the stage as they're also keen to branch out and snap up their own comedy tour.

Dec said previously: "We are also looking to do a comedy next year. It is something we have been discussing for years. There is stuff down on paper now."
