Craig Fairbrass slams Danniella Westbrook for CBB entry
Former 'EastEnders' star Craig Fairbrass has lashed out at his ex-co-star Danniella Westbrook for joining 'Celebrity Big Brother'
Craig Fairbrass has slammed Danniella Westbrook for taking part on a "sh*t" show like 'Celebrity Big Brother'.
The former 'EastEnders' star has lashed out at his ex-co-star, 42, for being "double desperate" and taking the cash in order to air her dirty laundry inside the infamous house.
Asked if he knew Danniella was appearing on the Channel 5 show, he said: "What is she doing that for? I don't watch it - it's absolute sh*t. When you leave a soap you get offered all that sh*t. I made a decision that no matter how much money they threw at me, I wouldn't do any of those shows. They don't work for actors - they destroy you. For me, it's a freak show. You have to be double desperate to go on there."
Meanwhile, although he might have gone on to star in 26 movies since his departure from Albert Square in 2001, the handsome star hasn't ruled out reprising his role as bad boy Dan Sullivan in the BBC One soap one day in the future.
Asked if he would ever return to 'EastEnders' in the near future, he told Star magazine: "You never know what the future holds! I really enjoyed my time there and I played a fantastic character, but I love making films."
